What is the minimum order quantity?

What are the payment terms?

What is the difference between centrifugal, axial, and mixed flow fans?
A: Axial fans move air parallel to the shaft with high flow but lower pressure. Centrifugal fans redirect airflow 90°and are suited for medium to high pressure applications. Mixed flow fans combine both, using a conical impeller to deliver balanced airflow and pressure.

Can the fan be customized for specific voltage and frequency?

Can fans handle corrosive or high-temperature air?
A: High-temperature fans are generally defined as those capable of handling airstream temperatures of 120°C (250°F) and above. How do I select the right fan for my application?

What is the noise level of your fans?
A: Noise levels vary by model and operating conditions. Standard industrial fans typically produce 60–85 dB at 1 meter distance; smaller low-speed fans may run as low as 50–65 dB, while large high-speed fans can exceed 90 dB. Can submersible pumps run dry?
A: Submersible pumps must not run dry. Water acts as the cooling medium for the motor — without it, the motor will overheat and burn out, and the seals and bearings will fail due to loss of lubrication. We recommend installing dry-run protection sensors or float switches to automatically shut off the pump when water levels drop too low. Our DC submersible pumps feature built-in intelligent controllers with automatic dry-run protection to prevent damage.
Can submersible pumps operate in a horizontal position?
A: Submersible pump motors are primarily designed for vertical operation. If horizontal installation is required, the motor must be carefully aligned with the pump shaft and properly secured to prevent additional bearing loads and vibration that could cause motor damage. The pump should be installed vertically in water, with a maximum tilt angle not exceeding 15°; horizontal installation will significantly shorten the pump's service life. Can water pumps be damaged by freezing?
A: When water freezes inside or around a pump, the expansion of ice puts immense pressure on the pump casing and pipes, which can cause cracking and serious damage. The good news is that deep well submersible pumps carry very little freezing risk, as they are installed deep below the frost line. Surface-mounted pumps and exposed pipework, however, require proper freeze protection. In cold climates, always drain the pump and pipework after shutdown, or apply adequate insulation to prevent freeze damage.
Are your DC and DC/AC pumps compatible with solar power systems?
A: Yes, our DC and DC/AC pumps are designed specifically for solar power applications. They use brushless permanent magnet DC synchronous motors, achieving 15–20% higher efficiency compared to standard motors, significantly reducing the solar panel capacity required. Can it be used with hot water?
A: Cold water pressure washers are ideal for removing general dirt and debris. However, for surfaces contaminated with oil or grease, hot water is essential — the same principle as washing greasy hands: cold water simply won't cut it. Hot water cleaning loosens dirt faster, saving up to 40% of cleaning time, reducing detergent use, and achieving measurable reduction of bacteria and viruses.

How do I maintain and descale the pressure washer?

Before each use, turn on the water supply and let water flow through the machine to purge any air from the system. After use, squeeze the spray gun trigger to release remaining pressure before switching off — this prevents pump damage from pressurized storage.
